Mr. Xie Xiaoyan：

Mr. Xie was born in Liaoning Province of China in March 1954. He worked as the attaché in the Chinese Embassy in Canada, Deputy Director of the Policy Research Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Deputy Special Commissioner in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of China to Iran. In 2011, he was appointed as the Ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of China to Ethiopia and the African Union. In June 2015, he was employed as the honorable director of the center.
