MSc, Ph.D. of Vocational and Technical Education (VTE), professor, senior engineer, National Outstanding Teacher of Higher Education, special allowances experts of the State Council, head of a National-level Teaching Team in Electro-mechanics, System Design Engineer of German VDMA/ZVEI Automation Engineer, president of the Union of National Vocational Education Reform Experimental Zones, director of Resources Transformation Working Commission of National Vocational Skills, leader of Special Award Winner of State-level Teaching  Achievement Award, winner of Outstanding Award of Huang Yanpei Vocational Education Theory, winner of Thailand "Princess of Sirindhorn Award" (Vocational Education) and founder of Luban Workshop Brand. Currently the director of the Center of African Union Studies and Vice President of Tianjin University of Technology and Education.
